As the subject heading indicates, Lionel will be having his final Chinese spelling for year 2010. This is also something like an examination, testing him on the words which he has learned thru the year. There will only be 5 words & they are:
狮子 - lion
小鸡 - chick
汽车 - car
轮船 - ship
司机 - driver
And i hv also received a note from the teacher regarding the dates for Lionel's Year End Assesment. For his session (am), the 3 different subjects will be conducted on 3 different days. For English, its on 15 Nov, from 10am - 11.30am. For Maths, its on 16 Nov & Chinese on 18 Nov. Timings are all the same.
And also there will be a Parents-Teacher Meet on the 25 November @ 10am for the morning session. That is a Thursday so most prob i will not attend. Will gt my sil to sit in instead as always. Heh!
Then on the 26 Nov, its the year end graduation ceremony cum concert performance & that marks the start of school hols.
Next year, Lionel will be in K2 & Rachel will be in N2. For non Singaporeans out there, N1 = Pre Nursery & N2 = Nursery. K1 = Kindergarten 1st year & K2 = Kindergarten 2nd year.
