A big scare

Mummy: Last night on the way home from a relatives' place (his son, Ethan, js turn 1 mth), Lionel was sitting at the back of the car, chatting earnestly with daddy when daddy brake all of a sudden & Lionel fell off his seat onto the car floor. We immediately stopped the car & turn ard, asking lionel if he is ok, did he hurt himself, his head, his hands or legs or his buttocks? anywhere in pain? he replied he is ok, no pain & gave us a big smile. Phew! On the road again.

Blabbering non stop once more (he's so energetic whereas, mummy on the other hand, falling asleep soon). Daddy, once again make a sharp turn, causing our poor boy to fall right off his seat & onto the car floor again. i was screaming at hb for making dat sharp turn; wat the hell he did that for. Immediately we stopped ther car by the road side again. We turned ard. Lionel was face down, nt moving. My heart racing, stopped, dropped. Daddy bend over & carried Lionel up; i was calling his name again & again. Lionel gave a small wince, then a loud scream & burst out crying very hard. Daddy & me ran our hands all over him, asking whtr he is hurt, whtr is he in any pain, etc... we squeezed him all over, rubbed on his bones, joints, checked all over. Still he say no pain. Thought we were quite worried, he still seems to be his old bubbly self. I tink he was in temp shock only.

Daddy wanted Lionel to sit with me in front on my lap but he refused, saying he rather sit behind. i warned hb to go slow NOW, no sharp turns & sudden brakes, pls...

We reached home safely in the end. Phew!
