Desaru Ostrich Farm

05 Nov 2011 (Sat):

We bought my mum & aunt to Desaru Ostrich Farm for a visit. We arrived at the farm abt 330pm & were given the opportunity to witness the process of laying an egg of an ostrich. Managed to capture on video (shown below). The guide mentioned that an ostrich usually lay an egg in the late afternoon to early evening.

What welcomed us first sight was this female ostrich.. smiling for the camera..
