Wedding of Jacky & Leanne

After the kids' enrichment classes, we rushed off to OCC to attend a wedding lunch
of DH's childhood best friend cum our best man @ our wedding a decade ago.

Lunch starts at 12.30pm & we were very late. We arrived just the same time as the couple were preparing for the walk-in. We slipped in by the side door though. Hehe..

After the lunch which ends at abt 3pm, we went home tired. The kids & i knocked out immediately but DH went out to work as usual. That fellow doesnt know how to take a break.

We waited for 10 over years for this event. Paul & Nelly, u sure played the game well. Tonight is the night, finally....

An Invitation

Daddy's customer invited us for an event @ Regent Hotel Singapore. It an occasion on the wedding of Winson & Jacqueline.

I heard from daddy that the newly weds are both doctors with SGH. Anyone of u who visited SGH, came across Doc. Winson Tan or Doc. Jacqueline Jung? Heh. During the wedding, they showed videos of their childhood, their teens & now, their new life as a couple.

The groom was a "sumo wrestler" in his childhood days; he was so huge & looked so serious in his photos which were showned to all at the dinner. Everyone laughed & wowed. But he looked so different now; dashing, handsome & smart.

The bride was a sweet little one when she was young. Even as a grown up, she was still as demure. If you would have looked at her now, you wouldnt believed that she is a doctor.

We has an 8 course dinner, starting as usual with the cold dish platter & ending with a sweet dessert of mango, aloe vera & pomelo puree. Delish!
